Book Online
Submit your shipment request through our online booking form.
Fill in your personal details, describe your parcel, select the size, and choose your preferred collection and delivery method. The whole process takes under five minutes. Once submitted, our team reviews your request and sends you a payment confirmation within a few hours during business hours.
What you need
- Your full name and contact details
- A description of the parcel contents
- The recipient's name and delivery address or depot preference
- Your preferred SA collection city
Make Payment
Your shipment is only confirmed once payment is received.
After submitting your booking, you will receive payment instructions via email or WhatsApp. Payment must be made before we schedule your pickup or accept your depot drop-off. We accept EFT and other payment methods as communicated at the time of booking. Once payment is confirmed, you will receive a booking confirmation with your reference number.

Collection in South Africa
We collect from your door, or you drop off at the nearest depot.
You have two options for getting your parcel to us. With Door Pickup, our driver comes to your address at the agreed time — available in Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, and Cape Town. With Depot Drop-off, you bring the parcel to the nearest Xborder depot at your convenience. Either way, your parcel is checked in and logged against your booking reference.

- Parcel securely packaged and sealed
- Booking reference number written on the outside
- Your ID or a copy for verification at collection
Cross-Border Transit
Your parcel travels with our regular cross-border consignment.
Once collected, your parcel is consolidated with our regular cross-border consignment and transported to the destination country. Our drivers handle all border crossings. Please note that all parcels are subject to customs inspection at the border. Prohibited items will not be transported and may result in delays or confiscation — see our FAQ below for guidance on what is and is not allowed.

- Parcel contents must be declared accurately at booking
- No prohibited or restricted items
- Customs duties at the destination are the recipient's responsibility
Delivery or Depot Collection
The recipient receives the parcel at their door or collects at the destination depot.
With Door Delivery, our local partner delivers directly to the recipient's address in the destination city. With Depot Collection, the recipient is notified when the parcel arrives and can collect at the destination depot at their convenience. The recipient will need to present their ID and the booking reference number to collect.

- Recipient must be available at the delivery address (door delivery)
- Recipient must bring ID and booking reference (depot collection)
- Recipient is responsible for any local customs duties

Payment & Confirmation
We do not schedule any pickup or accept any drop-off until payment has been received and confirmed. This ensures your booking is secured and your parcel is prioritised in the next available consignment.

Pay via EFT or the method specified, then send us your proof of payment.
